  1. Can the program be customized to fit our needs?
    Yes. The program is fully customizable to your needs and wants. What you see here is our basic package.

  2. Can we rename the reports to what we call them at our site?
    Yes you can.

  3. Can we use any of our reports that are already in Excel?
    Of course. We have a standard import template that can be revised to fit your needs.

  4. What were some of the “must haves” when you developed this program?
    - It had to be simple to use.
    - All the information should be accessed from one screen.
    - The program had to print the Dangertags for the operators.
    - The program also had to have the capability to add other operation modules to it.
    - It had to be secure. Only certain people with administrative privileges can
       change information in the program.

  6. So that’s the program. Why so simple?
    We wanted to simplify all operator actions when performing LOTO.

  7. Can anyone change the data?
    No. Administrative privileges are built into the program allowing only assigned people to change LOTO data.

  8. Is the data and time stamped when documents are printed?
    Yes. There is a date/time stamp when the documents are generated and printed.

  9. How long does it take to print 100 tags with this system?
    Approximately 1 minute.

  10. How long does it take to print all the reports stored in the program?
    Depending on your printer speed and the number of reports you want printed, all the paperwork and tags will be printed in a matter of just a few minutes.

  11. Can other programs be added to Tagware that would support others areas of operations?
    Yes.
