Keith Davis - President While still a college student at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas,
Keith Davis began his computer business. At the time, in the late 80s,
there was little off-the-shelf software. Therefore, Keith began
programming customized applications for the local businesses. After
getting his computer science degree in 1987, Keith partnered with a
friend and they incorporated American Computer Ingenuity. Keith sold the
software, wrote it, installed in and supported it, learning every aspect
of the business.

In 1995, Keith sold his part in the business and became a sole proprietor in Lyra Systems Development until 1998 when he incorporated Application Factory to serve as a team of developers and consultants providing first customized software applications and then hardware through ANOVA, a corporation established in 2007.
Shelly Vitanza -

Shelly Vitanza has spent the last 14 years using her creative talents to build and grow organizations. After obtaining her B.A. in Journalism from Texas A&M University, Vitanza began her career in the nonprofit world. In 1992 she was named the Executive Director of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, a new organization that grew to 1800 members during her tenure.
During her work with IACP Vitanza was asked to start a professional journal representing compounding pharmacy. Vitanza accepted the challenge and became the founding CEO of the International Journal of Pharmaceutical Compounding, a high quality professional and scientific publication. For four years she worked in both executive capacities but in 2001 accepted the Journal job full time. In 2006 Vitanza resigned her position with the Journal to so she could write and market for exceptional up and coming firms like Application Factory.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Southeast Texas, Daniel Legnion is a product of Kelly High School and a 2009 graduate of Lamar University. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing, making him well-suited for a sales or business development position. Daniel has had several jobs in the restaurant and retail sales industries. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Lamar, and he is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at his undergraduate alma mater. Daniel joined Application Factory shortly after graduating in the position of Business Development and Account Manager.
